Cosy ensuite double room

Looking for a lodger. From September, initially until December. I am hoping to rent to a professional female, Monday-Friday. This is negotiable. I live in a beautiful town house on a sought after development in Epsom. I am offering a double, en-suite bedroom. Timings of use of a large, kitchen, diner which has a sofa and TV will be agreed upon. My house is in a quiet area surrounded by lovely walks. Would suit someone who drives but if not it’s a short bus ride to Epsom Station. My house is tidy and very homely which I would like to share with someone who will respect this. Equally I will make my lodger feel welcome. I have a small very placid and cute dog who mostly comes everywhere with me.
