A beautiful semidetached house located on a quiet Cul de sac which is a home away from. Room 1 has views to a beautiful garden. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 2) with Shared bathroom Room 2 is a single room with a single wardrobe, chest of drawers and also drawers at the bottom of the bed. Capacity: 1 Rates: 180.00 Weekly / 700.00 Monthly House Rules: Smoking is not allowed indoors and at the front of the house. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. No pets are allowed inside. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Do not conduct your business from our home. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Please be quiet after 10 pm. Friends are not allowed to sleep over Full payment at least a week in advance of arrival. If the booking is for over 3 months, a one month deposit is required. This deposit is refundable if there are no damages at the end of your stay. For bookings, for one to two months, a two week refundable deposit is required.
