I have a single room with a single bed that sleeps one. The room come with Wi-fi, central heating and USB sockets. Croydon Tram stop (Therapia Lane) is situated 5 minutes away for trams to East Croydon and Wimbledon. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bijou Single Room) with Shared bathroom This is a small, private room with a high bed. The room has Wi-fi, USB sockets. Dimable spot lights, central heating, double glazing. laminate flooring. Maximum bed length 6.4 feet. Maximum bed weight 15 stones (95 Kg's). Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 580.00 Monthly House Rules: Prospective guests must be able to live independently and must be considerate and respectful to adjoining neighbours and house mates shearing the property. Front door and room door keys are provided. There is a quiate time policy which operates from 10pm to 7am. Any one coming into the property after 10pm must be considerate of others in the house that may be sleeping at this time. Mobile phone notification sounds must be placed on silent during the quiate time period. No visitors are permitted in the property at any time. Check-in times: 4-6pm Check-out before 10am Payment Method: Please note that we require our guests to pay one months rent and one months deposit in advance of the booking to hold your room this is on top of the 15% service fee paid to Homestay.com. You will need to contact us to make your payment. The remainder of your rent will be collected monthly by direct debit/bank transfer. We have a strict cancellation policy, all rent paid in advance is non-refundable. Deposits are held till the end of the tenancy to cover damages that may occur. Deposits will be refunded in full provided there are no damages found on inspection after departure. If a tenancy period is terminated prior to the end of the original tenancy agreement end date deposits held will be used to compensate for the breach made.
