This is a chill, no drama all Female, shared household. I do own this house & enjoy sharing it with a mix of Female students & working professionals. Although we are housemates, we share a community within the house & I make this the "home away from home" for everyone. This room rents for $850 per month plus $50 towards utilities plus $30 towards wifi. We share dinners, BBQ`S, have movie & pizza nights ect. And still recognize everyone has their own schedules as well. Although everyone is independant, we enjoy the family atmosphere here as well. I have seen many of my housemates form lasting friendships with each other even when they are ready to move on to their next adventure. Room(s): 1. Twin Room (large room) with Shared bathroom This is a large double room that easily accommodates 2 to share. It looks to the front garden & has a solid core door to keep outside noises down, great for studying. This room also has a coffee & toast bar with a small but large capacity fridge. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 930.00 Monthly House Rules: Everyone is expected to be considerate & respectful of others & always keep clean after yourself & never leave a mess behind for others to deal with. Be able/willing to participate in the rotating weekly cleaning schedule of all common areas. We are an environmentally friendly house hold & put effort to not be wasteful in usage of resources & we also recycle.
