We are a young family of four. My husband, our two young sons and myself. We have a wonderful hypoallergenic Labradoodle dog. She does NOT have access to the guest space unless guest request to see her or play with her. She is lovely! We have a specious brand new home with a beautiful swimming pool. The rooms we offer have lot of light and are fully furnished. Rooms start at $90.00 per night (depending on the season) all utilities included. We are looking to host respectful adults who are open to experiencing and appreciating the Canadian culture and our young family. Email us for more pictures. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Room 1) with Private bathroom This bright, spacious room features a double bed, large closet, desk with chair, and nightstand. Ideal for one person or couple. It includes access to fully stocked kitchen, shared bathroom, and a cosy living room with comfortable seating. Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Room 2) with Private bathroom This bright, spacious room features a double bed, large closet, desk with chair, and nightstand. Ideal for one person or couple. It includes access to fully stocked kitchen, shared bathroom, and a cosy living room with comfortable seating. Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Check-In & Payment: • Check-in: 12 PM | Check-out: 10 AM • $300 deposit per room, due 4 weeks before arrival (covers security & damages, fully refundable if no issues). • 14-day cancellation required for a full deposit refund; no refund if canceled later • Full payment due 10 days before arrival via PayPal. Long-Term Stays (3+ Months): • $300 deposit + first & last month’s rent required. • 30-day move-out notice required. • Monthly $80 cleaning fee (for shared spaces). House Rules: • No smoking, vaping, drugs, alcohol, pets, or guests. • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM. • Respect the space & fellow guests. • Guests must keep their rooms clean; monthly host inspection required. Kitchen & Dining: • Fully equipped kitchen—just bring your own food. • Wash dishes & clean up spills immediately please. • No cooking after 9 PM (warming food is fine). • Respect others’ food & space. Bedrooms: • No food or drinks (except water). • Clean your room weekly (or opt for $50 cleaning service). • No candles/incense. • Storage available for luggage. Laundry & Bathroom: • One laundry load per week; no use after 8 PM. • Short-term guests receive detergent. • Keep the bathroom tidy. Let's be mindful of our environment and pls try to keep your shower to 15 minutes. Damage Deposit: • Covers any damage or lost keys ($100 house key, $30 room key). • No refunds if rules are violated—guests may be asked to leave.
