2 bedrooms in Gated community

I have a beautiful 3 bedroom home in a gated community with a private gym, pool, pickle ball courts and beach. It is close to bus routes and parking is available. It is 2.4 km to Downtown Kelowna, 4.9 km to Okanagan College and just 3.5 km to the hospital. There are two queen bedrooms for rent in a well lit walk out basement with a private rec room with TV. All bed linens and towels are provided. Upstairs laundry and kitchen is shared (with time frames). A full fridge/freezer is available to tenants and pantry space. This would be ideal for two students, or business/medical professionals. Cleaning of the bathroom and linens will be provided once per month (tenant is responsible for stripping the bed and remaking with fresh sheets provided). It is essential that tenants respect all common home areas and keep them tidy as well as respect the community facility rules. I live upstairs and am a mother of two grown children who have completed college and university. I appreciate the environment required to succeed in school and will make my best efforts to make my home feel warm and welcoming. Utilities and Wifi are included. Monthly rent is $1150 per bedroom. There is a min 6 monty stay. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1 ) with Shared bathroom The bed is a queen bed and includes all linens. Respect all community facilities (pool/beach/gym/pickleball courts) rules and regulations. Any complaints about tenant behaviour will result in eviction.
