Brand new and great location

Hi I'm Christine and welcome to my home. I am a professional who works full time (3 days wfh) and I live with my son who is 19 and studying Engineering and our 2 cats. We live in a fantastic location close to the beach, a 5 minutes walk to the train station which will take you right into Melbourne CBD or connecting stations. Between us and the train station is a supermarket, cafes, bars, hairdressers, gyms and bakeries. I absolutely love living here. Everything is so convenient and it's a lovely community. My townhouse has three bedrooms so I have an extra room. You'll have plenty of personal space. The townhouse is over three levels. You're on the ground floor and I'm on the top floor. I've been hosting since February 2024. Before kids, I lived in the UK for two years and travelled through USA and Mexico, Ireland, Scotland, France and then backpacked through Africa from South Africa up to Kenya - best time of my life. I've also travelled through Asia to Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam. The most important thing for me is someone who cleans up and picks after themselves, keeps the room clean and respects my house and it's belongings. The cats will get used to you but it's important to let them come to you and soon they'll be sitting on your lap. I'll do my best to support you, but I am very busy so an independent person is better suited to living with me. Ask if you want to use anything. If you want friends over, please ask me first.
