This does not mean that my hosting is restricted to French guests only. I accept guests of all nationalities. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom 3) with Shared bathroom Lovely room with lots of light. King Single bed (larger than a single bed). Separate walk in study with desk and wardrobe with drawers, shelves and hanging space for clothes. Bathroom is shared with other guests only, host has his own bathroom. Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: Please note that any payment to Homestay is nothing to do with your payment for this lodging. There may be a small co-payment if you want to use the communal items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher powder, soap, etc. An initial amount of $15 is put into the kitty and this is topped up when needed. All utilities (gas, electricity, water ) and WIFI is included. We ask our guests to give us at least 14 days notice for any cancellation. Payment of the Homestay is to be paid on the first day on arrival for up to 4 weeks in advance, along with passport or licence details . If your stay is longer than four weeks, a bond fee up to 4 weeks board is also required on the first day of your stay. The bond will be refunded on your departure if no damage is caused. Note we do not have credit card facility. Cash or Direct Deposit is accepted. General house cleanliness- your rooms and bathroom/toilet are expected to be kept clean If you wish to have guests at the home please discuss this with me first. If you use the kitchen please clean up after yourself. This includes stove/oven/benches and sinks. Please assist emptying the dishwasher if you use it. Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home! No Smoking or animals to be brought inside the house.
