Double Room (Bedroom 1) with Private bathroom Room is large with new carpet and large mirrored built in wardrobes. It has large sash windows and a blind. The room also has a bedside tables with lamps and a desk and chair. The room also has a timber tallboy. Capacity: 2 Rates: 270.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Bedroom 2 - ) with Private bathroom The room is smaller than other one. It also has a large chest for storage, window blind and bedside tables with lamps. The room also has built in mirrored wardrobe and ceiling fan. Flyscreens on windows for flys and mosquitoes. Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: I am looking for a clean living quiet guests. I do not allow parties and loud music and want guests who respect my home. Other than that i am easy going. I don't smoke and don't allow smoking inside my home. Non negotiable. Please no pets.
