Big fun large family

We are a fun, friendly, big, loud family. 4 kids at home (ages 10-17), 5 dogs, and a mother-in-law! Our house is very big with a large backyard play gym for kids, trampoline, and pool/jacuzzi which we heat in the summertime. One side of the house has a private bedroom and bathroom attached that we would love to rent out. It would be a wonderful teaching, cultural, and social experience for our kids as well as great income for all the expenses kids incur! Our neighborhood is Woodland Hills. You can walk to a beautiful park that has amazing hiking trails and a play ground. You can also walk to Target and different restaurants: italian, mexican, japanese, yogurt etc... We are a 5 minute walk to a bus stop on Ventura Blvd. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Guest Room) with Ensuite bathroom Room has new floors and has been freshly painted with a new bed. There is an apple TV. You will have access to internet. Capacity: 1 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking anywhere. This is a family home. Not a party home. For the security of our children, no guests without clearence from the owners. No over-night guests ever. Who ever stays in our home must respect that we are a loving family with children. We are only looking for good, kind, trustworthy, warm people to stay with us.
