All residents have a bedroom within the home for more privacy. Each bedroom as a unique furniture layout. Some bunks are cornered with Wardrobes creating natural private cubbies. Using a Sheet to pin on the roof or along bottom bunk railing can create a full privacy curtain in your bed. Residents are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort. Please note that additional charges do apply. If there is a bed open for party of two or three, we will try our best to accomodate. No sex is allowed inside the house. You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day. Yes, in the work room there are 7 desks. There is also desk space in the music room and recreational - theatre room. Outside has lots of space too. The living - dinning area is very large at this home and much studying can be done and writing. Bring a small folding table to work bed side. Some bedrooms have desks in nooks. Students, Artists such as actors, writers, film makers, to dancers and fashion people. Others are working professionals. Everyone goes thru the same screening process for good manners, finances and criminal background check and transparency of the occupancy of the house. A few are traveling from other countries, states and a few are local in between their own private leases. This is not a sober living house. It is not a party house. Yes No When your declaration of a 30 day notice to vacate is emailed. Between the 1st and 5th of the month is most reasonable for mgmt to help accomodate future incoming guests. We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people. You are allowed to move in earlier if the room is ready. You may get in contact with us the day before you move in to coordinate. If you wish to move out late, you are free to use our communal areas. Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, balconies, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly. You may extend your stay. We encourage all good standing residents to stay as long as they desire. We've had two stay over 4 years. Many people stay 1 to 2 years and the other half under 1 year to 2 months. The lease is 30 days minimum. No refunds. 2nd month is Pro-rated.
