The Damberger Family Homestay is located in Lemon Grove, California. It is an historic 4 bedroom, 2 bath 2-story house located in a culturally diverse neighborhood. Enjoy living in a residence that is over 108 years old. Also, relax in three beautiful patios surrounded by flowers, hummingbirds, fruit trees, water fountain, hammock and BBQ pit. We are located just blocks from trolley stations and bus stops. Transportation is convenient from our house to San Diego State University and language schools downtown. We have hosted international students for many years. Our students came from Spain, France, Germany, Mexico, Japan, Vietnam, Korea, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Libya, Brazil, Russia, Sweden, Kazakhstan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Hungary, Georgia. We enjoy learning about our students' countries and cultures. The private room includes utilities, Wi-Fi, a full/queen size bed, desk, lamp, mirror, dresser and clothes closet, a shared bathroom, laundry facilities, kitchen privileges and off-street parking. In our neighborhood, you will find a post office, banks, cleaners, four parks, lots of churches, retail shopping mall, public library, grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, a brewery and a Starbucks all within an easy walking distance. Single Room (Gold room) with Shared bathroom This is a large room for 2 people on the second floor with a great view of the backyard. It has 3 big windows that let in a lot of light. It is a bright and cheerful room. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Green room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking inside the house. Smoking is allowing out in the garden.
