Lovely bedroom with side garden

Hello my name is Ana and my husband Israel (Izzy) own this 3 bedroom home. He works for the city of San Diego and I am a hairstylist in Solana Beach. We enjoy traveling whenever possible.We do not have any pets or kids.But I will invite my little nieces and nephews over to spend the day with me from time to time. We enjoy life. We I'd like to entertain from time to time. We enjoy going to baseball games and try to keep active by going to the gym and playing softball a couple times a week. In lower backyard and enjoy BBQ on the weekends with either friends or family . The Backyard has Plenty of seating, a pool table,foosball & cornhole to keep you entertained. Kitchen stocked with everything you might need. Also, the living room has a nice size comfy couch to enjoy a movie or Netflix series. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have. We look forward to welcoming you in our home. The Galvans Room(s): 1. Single Room (Comfy & Cozy Queen(not double bed) Bedroom) with Shared bathroom This room has a Queen sized bed. A desk, a nightstand,closet, also a sliding door to your own personal private, a little patio.and separate entrance Capacity: 1 Rates: 550.00 Weekly / 2200.00 Monthly House Rules: Smoking is not allowed indoors. Designated smoking area would be your side patio . Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. No pets allowed in our home Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Make yourself comfortable in our home,(kitchen,livingroom, backyard) only space off limits is our entertainment room. Park anywhere on the street.
