Cozy Cottage in Sin City

This is a three bedroom home with one room available for your stay. It is carpeted, roughly 11x13 with queen bed, two nightstands, a desk, chair, tv, with 4 cubbies and bins to serve as a dresser. Guest will have full access to kitchen, living and dining room, washer/dryer, and massage chair. Guest must have a completed profile with picture, provide travel itinerary, and have stayed with at least one other host. Kindly give as much notice as possible prior to booking so I can adjust my work schedule to be home to receive you. Requests with less than 24 hours WILL be declined. Room(s): 1. Cancellation Policy: We ask our guests to give us at least 7 day's notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded. Rules: 1) No overnight guests other than those on the booking. 2) Clean up after yourself. 3) Be respectful of your noise level as host lives onsite. 4) Guests must be travelers/tourists and show proof of return trip home.
