Kick back and relax in this quiet modern space. Whether you are a traveling nurse, military, relocating to Las Vegas, rock climbing/hiking, or just visiting for a bit, this is the perfect location and place to stay in, and chill out like you are at your own home, especially over the hot spring/summer months. Enjoy the large, quiet yard with a pool, lots of floats, covered patio, lounge chairs, fire pit, BBQ and more. Inside, you’ll find TV, music, games, instruments, records and other entertainment. I live in the house and will be at the house, and I work from home. Depending on the month, my schedule and how much I'm working might vary. There’s only one room available for someone to stay in. I'm open to short and long term stays. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Queen Guest Room) with Private bathroom Cozy, sunlit room at the end of the hall with luxury bedding, queen bed, dresser, walk-in closet, A/C, and fan. Private bath across the hall. These house rules are in place to help keep the space comfortable, safe, and running smoothly for everyone. I’ve put a lot of care into creating a peaceful, clean, and well-maintained home, and these guidelines help ensure that the experience stays positive for all guests (and for me, too). Thanks for respecting the space and helping make it a great place to stay! Shared Spaces: Please clean up after yourself in the kitchen, living room, and common areas. Do not leave personal items in common areas. Designated kitchen space will be available to store you own food. Temperature & Energy Use: Please keep doors and windows closed during extreme temperatures to avoid straining the HVAC system. Turn off fans, bathroom fans, and lights when leaving the room or house. TV & Streaming: Reasonable volumes and during reasonable hours. I provide access to many streaming services; feel free to log into your own accounts as well. Security: You will receive a front door code. Do not share this code with anyone. Please lock all doors when you leave the property. Pet Considerations: There is a senior dog in the home who may be startled by loud noises. Please be mindful of noise levels and avoid slamming doors or sudden loud sounds. Kitchen Use: Clean dishes after use and wipe down counters and stovetops. Do not leave food out or spillages uncleaned, as this can attract pests. Plumbing Care: Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Please keep drains clear of food, hair, or other debris. Notify me if you notice any clogs or plumbing issues. Smoking: No smoking indoors. Smoking is permitted only in the designated outdoor area (near the firepit). Guests & Visitors: No unregistered guests are allowed without prior approval. No parties or events. Parking: Street parking only. Please do not park in the driveway or garage.
