Modern and elegant recently renovated apartment with fine finishes in the heart of the historic center of Bologna. Equipped with a double bedroom, spacious lounge with sofa and TV, equipped kitchen, marble bathroom and complete with everything, wifi, air conditioning, towels and linen included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges. Administration Fee Box: The one-time administration costs enable us to provide a range of essential services during your stay. These services include apartment cleaning and the provision of fresh bed linens and towels for your comfort. Additionally, our team will always be available to provide immediate assistance if needed throughout your stay. Thanks to these costs, we can also handle the registration of the lease agreement, ensuring everything is compliant with current regulations.
