Very central apartment in the heart of the medieval city between Piazza Maggiore and the Two Towers. The accommodation is located on the fifth floor with lift of a splendid historic building, a typical Bolognese building with a characteristic red color. Completely renovated, it has two elegant and equipped rooms: a living area with kitchenette, table, sofa bed, bathroom with window and large shower and a splendid terrace. A sleeping area, consisting of an enchanting panoramic roof terrace with a French double bed, windowed on all four sides, with a breathtaking view of the city. To access the roof terrace there is a wooden ladder with side loops (single access, see photo). The finishes are of a high standard and the air conditioning, the independent heating, as well as the low emissive and anti-noise fixtures. In addition, the house is complete with all comforts: washing machine, industrially sterilized towels and sheets, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, nespresso machine, 40-inch TV, air conditioning, electric shutters, LED lights, Wi-Fi. For families with newborn we can provide the cot. Towels and bed linens included. All the bills are included in the monthly price (electricity, gas, unlimited internet wifi, water, trash tax, flat bills) but in the contract, we will put a maximum cap (generally 200-250€/month) in order to avoid waste of energy and exaggerate consumption. With normal consumption, you will not have extra charges. Amenities:
