Large Room in New Refurbished House

We have recently restructured our entire home, and the former living room with bay window is now a spacious and comfortable room that we rent to tourists or families for short stays. The room is roughly 4m x 4.5m large, with a double bed, a coffee table and simple furniture/shelves to store items. We can on request provide a third single bed, and with a bit of a push even a 4th will fit. The rest of the house has two toilets, facilities for both shower and bath, washing machine, fast optic fibre Internet access, parking in front of our home, a large garden and a modern kitchen.
