Leafy Suburban Townhouse

We are a young married couple-Scottish and Kiwi and we love meeting people from other countries. Chris and Shannon both grew up hosting homestays with their families and as a result, when we bought our house we wanted to continue the joy of hosting. Chris is semi-fluent in German and Shannon can speak conversational Mandarin (Chinese). We both love to cook a mixture of cuisines, explore new places, read books and play board games. We live close to good transport links to Leeds city centre and are within walking distance of one of the most beautiful parks in Leeds-Roundhay Park. The bedroom available is a spacious double with all the facilities for comfort and a good night's rest. We host female guests and couples and there is a shared bathroom and living room. Double Room (The Green Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 150.00 Weekly / 480.00 Monthly House Rules: 1. Treat other people and the house contents with respect. If you use dishes, mugs etc, please wash them and replace where you found them. 2. There is a noise curfew of 10pm as we have neighbours with young children and we wake up early for work. If you enjoy going out late and partying, this is not the house for you. 3. We are a non smoking/non vaping/drug free home as Shannon has severe asthma. If you are caught smoking, vaping or taking illegal/non prescribed drugs on the premises, you will be fined £100 and asked to leave. 4. You are welcome to use the shared living room and dining room, we just ask that you are respectful of others' comfort in the space e.g. using headphone when listening to loud music. 5. The room that you are staying in is for you alone-no companions/boyfriends/girlfriends can stay the night. If you do want to invite a friend for a day visit, please consult with us first. 6.
