A spacious and comfortable rooms

We live in a big Victorian house with big front and back gardens. The house has a central heating system and quite modernly decorated. I ,my husband and our two sons ( 16 and 11 years old ) live in this lovely house. It has a good location as it is close to the city center ( 5 minutes by bus ) and the universities. Also supermarkets,library,surgeries, restaurants and parks are walking distance from our house. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom1 ) with Shared bathroom It is very spacious,newly decorated ,comfortable room with a nice garden view. Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Bedroom 2) with Shared bathroom It is very cosy, warm and cosy room with a single bed, study table, wardrobe. Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: We have two little sons therefore we do not want our guests to be very noisy night time. We are a very friendly family and we would also prefer friendly people. The hygiene is important to us therefore we would like our guests to be clean and tidy. We do not eat pork .
