The apartment is located in a typical Sevillian house, completely restored and renovated to guarantee the full comfort of the guests, but the architectural and structural elements of the original House have been respected. It’s located on the main floor of the house, even though it’s bright and very quiet, and the original wooden beams that support a high ceiling of more than 3 meters high can be seeing from above. The living room has been furnished in detail contrasting classic furniture with more modern elements, and it has a sofa bed and dining area, and the kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with everything our guests might need. The room has two single beds of 0.90 x 1.90 each and it has a door to a nice interior patio. The bathroom is very modern and comfortable, with shower. Padre Marchena street is one of the quietest in the center and the Arenal area. There are are many exclusive houses with the typical arquitecture of Seville, and also the area is completely safe. Close to the apartment there are numerous bars, and it’s easy to find some of the most famous restaurants in the city, as well as small shops and two supermarkets. In addition, the most importany monuments of the city such as the Cathedral, the Alcázar, or the Giralda, are just a few minutes walking from the apartment. [ES] El apartamento está enclavado en una casa típica sevillana, totalmente restaurada y reformada para garantizar el pleno confort de los huéspedes, pero se han respetado los elementos arquitectónicos y estructurales de la Casa original. En este apartamento, un piso bajo pero luminoso y muy tranquilo, se observan las vigas originales de madera que sostienen un techo elevado de más de 3 metros de altura. El salón ha sido amueblado con detalle contrastando mobiliario clásico con elementos más modernos, y cuenta con sofá cama y zona de comedor, y la cocina está abierta al salón y equipada con todo lo necesario. La habitación dispone de dos camas individuales de 0,90 x 1,90 y da a un bonito patio interior. El baño es moderno y cómodo, con placa de ducha. La calle Padre Marchena es una de las más tranquilas del centro y de la zona del Arenal. En ella se encuentran casas muy exclusivas de Sevilla y además la zona es totalmente segura. En los alrededores hay numerosos bares. restaurantes famosos en la ciudad, pequeñas tiendas y dos supermercados.
