This spacious apartment is located on the first floor of a beautiful restored typical Sevillian house located in the famous Arenal neighborhood. It consists of a beautiful living room with high ceiling, with dining room, and with a modern kitchen, opened to the living room and fully equipped with everything our guests may need. The bedrooms have both bathrooms en suite with shower, one of them has a double bed of 1.60 * 1.90 cm, and the other two single beds of 0.90 * 1.90 cm each. Padre Marchena street is one of the quietest in the center and the Arenal area. There are are many exclusive houses with the typical arquitecture of Seville, and also the area is completely safe. Close to the apartment there are numerous bars, and it’s easy to find some of the most famous restaurants in the city, as well as small shops and two supermarkets. In addition, the most importany monuments of the city such as the Cathedral, the Alcázar, or the Giralda, are just a few minutes walking from the apartment. [ES] Este espacioso apartamento está situado en la primera planta de una preciosa casa típica sevillana restaurada que se ubica en el famoso barrio del Arenal, que a pesar de no contar con ascensor, cuenta con unas escaleras muy cómodas. Se compone de un precioso salón de techos altos, con sala de estar y comedor, y con una cocina moderna, abierta al salón y totalmente equipada con todo lo necesario. Los dormitorios tienen ambos los baños en suite con ducha, uno de ellos dispone de cama de matrimonio de 1.60*1.90 cm, y el otro de dos camas individuales de 0.90*1.90 cm cada una. La calle Padre Marchena es una de las más tranquilas del centro y de la zona del Arenal. En ella se encuentran casas muy exclusivas de Sevilla y además la zona es totalmente segura. En los alrededores hay numerosos bares. restaurantes famosos en la ciudad, pequeñas tiendas y dos supermercados.
