Warm rooms near central park

We are a lovely family of six, with four children. Oh, we have another family member, a German Shepherd who guards our backyard and keeps us safe. My children are well-mannered and know not to disturb others. Most of the time, they are at school or attending various extracurricular activities. They go to bed before 10 PM. Our house is located in a quiet neighborhood, a 4-minute walk to Central Park, less than half an hour from downtown and Metrotown Shopping Center, and close to the library and community center. All rooms are very bright, suitable for students, business travelers and traveling couples. Imagine waking up to the gentle caress of a sunbeam streaming into your room, filling your morning with a warm and golden glow. Of course, if you prefer not to be awakened by the morning light, we have also provided blackout curtains to ensure your peaceful slumber. In order to provide our friends with a clean, tidy and comfortable sleeping environment, we have prepared double beds and queen beds, but no single beds. We would love to host friends from all over the world. Welcome! Room(s): 1. Single Room (Heart Room) with Shared bathroom This is a west-facing room located in the second floor. When you need to relax, please come to the window and admire the mountains in the distance. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 980.00 Monthly 2. Twin Room (Double Room) with Shared bathroom A spacious ground-floor room with two full-size (double) beds, ideal for one or two guests. It’s east-facing, so you’ll wake to the morning sun each day. Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 950.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Mini Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: 1. General Conduct No pets, smoking, drugs, or illegal activities. No unapproved guests allowed. Please keep quiet after 10:00 PM. 2. Facilities, Utilities & Cleanliness Bedding and bath towels are provided. (Face towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and body soap are not provided.) Kitchen and guest utensils are available; please wash and clean them after use. The shower room is shared; please clean after each use. Laundry detergent is provided for short-term guests. Long-term guests are asked to purchase their own. Rent includes water, electricity, and internet. 3. Check-in & Stay Full payment is due on the day of arrival by cash or e-transfer. Guests must present valid ID (such as a passport) at check-in. Room keys will only be provided after full payment is received. Please inform us in advance if you will return after 11:00 PM or stay out overnight. Guests staying longer than one month may pay rent on a monthly basis. 4. Cancellation Policy At least 2 weeks’ notice is required for any cancellation. Cancellations made later than this will not be refunded. 5. Additional Benefits (for stays over one month) Free airport pick-up service or $30 cash back for taxi fare. 6. Liability We are not responsible for any accidents occurring in the yard or within the house during your stay. By checking in, you agree to all of the above rules.
