Room(s): 1. Double Room (Large bedroom with queen size bed) with Shared bathroom This room is a large room with queen size bed and windows facing North towards mountains. Armoire and large closet to hold all your items. Capacity: 2 Rates: 440.00 Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Small bedroom) with Shared bathroom Small room with large closet, DOUBLE bed and dresser. Can provide desk/lamp if needed. Shared bathroom. Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Bedroom in Laneway House) with Shared bathroom Private bedroom with desk, full closet with shelves in brand-new laneway home with owner's daughter. Spacious fully stocked kitchen 1.5 bathrooms, air-conditioned, washer-dryer, tv in bedroom and living room. Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 4. Double Room (Main floor den (no closet)) with Shared bathroom This room is on the main floor for 1 person or a couple with a bathroom with shower in the next room. Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Rooms and bathrooms to be kept tidy at all times. Clear/clean all items when done in common areas (kitchen/living room/dining area) Follow written instructions regarding home (i.e. appliance use). No guests allowed. Quiet time is 11pm to 8am (reasonable minor noise and of course if you need to bathe). Guests who smoke/vape are not accepted.
