I work from my home and keep my schedule flexible. 15 minute walk to Joyce-Collingwood Skytrain, 10 minute bus to BCIT, walking distance to groceries, restaurants. Close to #25, #27 & #28 busses. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Self contained studio with kitchenette) with Ensuite bathroom Studio kitchenette and full bathroom. Private entrance. Shared laundry. You are welcome to join other guests and me in the common areas on the main floor or use the kitchen on the main floor. Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Large bedroom with queen size bed) with Shared bathroom This room is a large room with windows facing North towards mountains. Large closet to hold all your items. Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Small bedroom) with Shared bathroom Small room with large closet and dresser. Can provide desk/lamp if needed. Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly 4. Single Room (Bedroom in Laneway House) with Shared bathroom Private bedroom with desk, full closet with shelves in brand-new laneway home with owner's daughter. Spacious fully stocked kitchen 1.5 bathrooms, air-conditioned, washer-dryer, tv in bedroom and living room. Capacity: 1 Rates: 385.00 Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly House Rules: Please note that we only accept guests 18 to 35 years old or families with young children. Rooms and bathrooms to be kept tidy at all times. Clear/clean all items when done in common areas (kitchen/living room/dining area) Follow written instructions regarding home (i.e. appliance use). No overnight guests without previous permission. Quiet time is 11pm to 8am (reasonable minor noise and of course if you need to bathe).
