Hello, Welcome to my home. I am excited to start the homestay journey with you in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. My humble home is a detached bungalow conveniently located at Warden & Ellesmere with easy access to the TTC transit. My home is just steps away from the bus stop. Being a bus ride away from Warden Station, York Mills Station, or Scarborough Town Centre Station, it is easy to access schools, shopping or other amenities. Single Room (Guest Bedroom ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 800.00 Monthly House Rules: Maintain all spaces in hygienic manner. No shoes indoors, to be left in entryway. No visitors or overnight guests. Maintain disposables accordingly (recycle, garbage, organics). Laundry (1 weeknight after 7PM or 1 day on weekend). Clear dishes/Cookware after each meal. No drugs or cannabis use permitted. No smoking permitted due to allergies. No pets due to allergies.
