Spacious newly renovated, furnished and bright semi-basement apartment available in our home with two private bedrooms and separate entrance to the house which means you can come and go any time you like. I am a college teacher and my husband George is a property manager. Our home is located near Victoria Park and Ellesmere in North-East Toronto (Scarborough), it takes 20 minutes by bus to the nearest subway (train) stations (Victoria Park or York Mills). Bus 67 stops outside our home. Five minute walk to all amenities including a shopping mall with a large supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, banks, grocery stores, etc. This semi-basement apartment has its own bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (both shared only by guests staying in the same apt.), small living/dining room area, laundry facilities and unlimited WiFi. Please note that this stay does not include breakfast or any meals. However, in this basement apartment, there is a fully functional kitchen with a fridge and stove where you can store and cook your own food. Regarding payments: If your arrival date is more than 1 week away from today, following your booking through Homestay.com, we will also require a deposit which will be taken off your last month's rent. This is required because the amount you pay to Homestay is only their service fee which they keep and we have no guarantee you will actually rent the room. We will discuss these details when you inquire and offer you reassurance that this is a legitimate homestay. Room(s): 1. Bathroom, kitchen and living room would be shared only by those who may be renting the other 2 bedrooms in this apartment. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 950.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Private room with double bed) with Shared bathroom Large bright and private bedroom 4 m X 3.35 m (13 ft X 11 ft). Includes a closet, a dresser with drawers and 2 small desks/chars. Bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared by those who may be renting the other 2 rooms in this apartment. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 950.00 Monthly House Rules: No smokers only please! No heavy alcohol drinking and no strong perfume in the house. Quiet time from 22:00 to 8:00 Additional Info: Our first language is English and we speak Greek as well. Guests cannot quarantine here. This because they will be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with another 2 people.
