Cozy room in the Heart of Toronto

* Great price, great neighborhood, close to Subway/Downtown/Everything! * Hey there, the apartment is on a quiet residential street in the great neighborhood of Davisville, just off the Yonge line subway, with free street parking but also paid parking very close ($12/day). There are lots of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and bars within walking distance. It’s an 10-minute subway ride to the heart of Toronto and most attractions. You will be staying in a private bedroom, which has a very comfortable Queen size bed perfect for 2 people. We provide towels and toiletries if you forgot yours. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared with us or another guest. Our home is really is a great place when visiting Toronto, considering the awesome neighbourhood and proximity to the subway and more. You will also have access to the indoor swimming pool and sauna. There is a card laundry room available 24 hours in the building. Check-in time is after 6 PM and check-out time is at 12 noon. Since you will stay in our house, there are few rules that you need to follow: ***Please remove your shoes at the door. ***No guests allowed at anytime (including overnight) ***No smoking inside the apartment or on the balcony. ***We are flexible with the time when you can come in and out as long as you don't disturb us or the neighbors. ***Feel free to have food in the kitchen and cook. Just make sure you keep it clean and take away your garbage. (there is a garbage chute on our floor) ***If you turn on the stove or anything else, just make sure to turn them off when you are done using them.
