Looking for a clean, quiet and respectful guest. Kitchen and washroom shared with one female. Living room is not available for sharing. No smokers, no visitors. No couples. Please note that on top of the amount due to be paid, a security deposit for the key & fob must be paid upon arrival $100 and refunded at the check-out. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Master bedroom) with Shared bathroom Furniture includes queen size bed, dresser, mirror, desk/dining table, chair, coat rack, fan, white light lamp, and desk lamp. Access to the kitchen includes fridge, microwave, stove, utensils. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: No visitors, no pets, maintain quiet and clean up after yourself. Keep shared space clutter-free. Personal belongings should be kept inside the room. No smoking, no drinking. Agree for mutual share in chores in case of longer stay. E-transfer and cash accepted, non-refundable. - Your security deposit will not be refunded if I find stains, damages, missing items or if extensive cleaning is required ?- All communication is done via HomeStay -I will only be available for your selected time of arrival.
