Maria’s Homestay

Our house is located on the north side of the city in a quiet and safe suburb. We are less than 2 km from the city centre and only 15 minutes drive from the airport. The bus stop is only 2 minutes walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using this stop. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 180.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: Yes we have rules, nothing special for a typical Homestay. For no meals guest/s here are simple rules: 1. No visitors allowed. 2. Just Inform us if you are not coming home and for how many days will you be away. 3. You can Laundry once a week (2 loads are allowed). We will provide the soap. No shoes or backpacks in the washing machine please. If we have time, we usually wash the bed sheets 4. Showers at 10-15 mins. (Anytime, any day/s). No soaking in the bathtub. 5. Cooking can be arranged if you need to cook. We will provide your plate and utensils. We will provide a space For you in the fridge and small space of cupboard for your food and snacks. Make sure you put your name on the container No Smoking inside the house, outside only. No drugs, alcohol, or weapons in the house. That is basically it. We are very busy working parents but we made sure the room is very clean and sanitize before you move in.
