You get to visit them and the country origin and you become friends with them. I treat my HOMESTAY/ my guest as a family and not a total stranger or a HOME STAY. I made sure they are comfortable in my home during they stay. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Students Bedroom ) with Shared bathroom The room has queen bed with windows. There is closet, table and chair, lamps. TV with Netflix It is very comfortable and cozy. Capacity: 1 Rates: 436.48 Weekly / 1745.92 Monthly House Rules: Payment Policy: Please note that I require all guests to pay the full amount of the booking in advance. Cancellation Policy: Please note that I ask guests to give at least 1 month's notice for any cancellation. A fee of 25% is require for cancellation fee once you cancelled before arriving homestay or if 1 month is not given as notice to homestay. Unfortunately, any cancellations later than this will not be refundable. No drugs, No loud music, respect others, always remove shoes when coming in the house, cigarette is not allowed inside the house. make sure to clean after using the bathroom and the kitchen. turn off lights and lock the doors when you leave the house.
