Great accomodations & great food

Hello, we are a family of 4, name is Helen I am 46 years old with 2 little girls. I am a grade 8 teacher and my husband is a real estate agent, we have 2 little dogs, and we live in a very nice house in Richmond Hill Ontario. My girls go to a French emmersion school and I teach for the YRDSB. We have an available bedroom with an adjoining full bathroom, and TV, high speed internet, custom closet storage w/ 3 meals/snacks, beautifull backyard full laundry facilities A/C etc. We are looking for a responsible student who would like to stay with us for 1-3 years (if more). Is responsible to keep room clean. We have a deck that backs onto a private ravien and a beautiful pation fully furnished.We are kind, funny, love to have fun and enjoy family time. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom on the 2nd floor) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: If student wishes to smoke they can do so outside the house and not indoors. We do laundry in the evening and/or weekends. Must keep room tidy. Guest room has been professionally decorated with iron bed, built in closet organizer armior etc. Laundry done on the weekend. Amenities: TV, Computer, Barbecue, Internet Access, Smoke Alarm, Laundry, Games Room, Garden Local Amenities: Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Local Train Station
