A retired teacher's homestay in an upscale community

The hostess is a registered retired teacher in Ontario with rich experience in youth education. The house is located in a high-end quiet community with convenient transportation, close to schools, parks, libraries, shopping centers, cinemas and large supermarkets. Each student has a separate room, clean and tidy beds, desks, bookcases, large closets, and three exquisite meals a day. Room(s): 1. Single Room (2nd floor room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: 1. Go home before 10pm. If you need to come back late, you need to say hello. 2. Keep your room clean and tidy. 3. Clean up after using public facilities. 4. If you have guests, you need to get the host's consent. You cannot let guests stay overnight. 5. You need to provide your own toiletries and other personal items.
