We are a family of 4 living in a new house in North Burnaby close to Brentwood Town Centre, SFU and minutes from public transit to skytrains and downtown. We have a self-contained studio apartment for rent with a separate entrance, queen bed with your own dining and kitchen facilities. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Studio Apartment with Queen Bed) with Private bathroom This is a self-contained suite in the basement level of our home. It has a queen size bed, bathroom and some kitchen facilities. Features a private entrance and dedicated work space and eating area. Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly House Rules: House Rules: Check-in: 2pm / Check-out: 11am I am flexible and happy to accommodate if I can. Full Payment is to be paid via E-Transfer on or before the start of the booking. Guests are responsible to clean up after themselves. Please do your dishes and bring out garbage and recycling. Full cleaning service is provided every two weeks. Guests must allow access for this cleaning service. This is for the health and safety of all guests and host family. Clean sheets and towels will be provided. Guests are responsible to supply and prepare all of their own meals. A separate kitchenette is provided for guests. The kitchenette includes: fridge, toaster, electric kettle, hot plate, Keurig, air fryer, most kitchen supplies, dishes, utensiles, glasses, mugs. Laundry is NOT available. Paid laundromats are available close-by. *NO smoking, NO vaping, NO drugs. Please confer with host if you will have a guests visiting. Guests who stay longer than 2 nights will be considered long term and will incur additional charges.
