Capacity: 1 Rates: 250.00 Weekly / 930.00 Monthly House Rules: POWER - you are to turn OFF all lights/fans when not in the room (or anticipate a quick return) no sleeping with lights on. CLEANLINESS - you are to leave (kitchen, Dining room, Living room, Hallway, Patio and Shared bathroom) in the same shape you find it, clean. Your room may be kept to your liking and odor free. KITCHEN - you may use all dishes, utensils, pots and containers but none may leave the apartment. NO FRYING OR DEEP FRYING. Cooking may not be left unattended at all times. NOISE - per building regulation - keep quiet when in the hallways and immediate surrounding of building. Keep music, tv ect for your personal enjoyment. SCENT FREE home - no open flame candles, in-scent, heavy perfumes ect.
