QUIET AND COMFY ROOM

Hi there, We are Canadian. A family of asian decent. We live in a house, with a friendly neighborhood in Burnaby. Just few steps walk to the bus stop. It is a beautiful city. We are close to Sky train 3min. ride from bus stop, or 12-15min. walk. We are close to mall, park and school, BCIT, Burnaby Central Secondary School (5min. bus), Burnaby North or Thunderbird Secondary (10-15 MIN bus). Going to Downtown Vancouver (20-25min. only using skytrain) or Metrotown (20 min. by bus/sky train). Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Helping and serving is always part of our lives. Single Room (Room1- Lvl 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: -Please tell something about yourself -Please tell me about your age, gender, your hobby, your reason going to Canada -Preferred age between 20 to 35 years of age -We allow to use kitchen for your food preparation or light cooking only -Inform others the schedule of using bathroom ex. your schedule/time of taking the shower to avoid traffic. -Laundry sched. every 10 days. unless necessary. very few pieces of clothes waste too much water in a big washing machine. -If possible to pay in advance to confirm the room is booked (e-transfer) -Turn off lights and full the plugs off when not in use -Leave shoes at door step if wet or clean it before bringing inside your room -Please lock the door after you enter and when you're leaving -Strangers are not allowed, If close friend wants to visit, you need permission -Keep your room tidy Amenities: Internet Access, Smoke Alarm, Laundry, Garden, Parking Local Amenities: Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Park, Local Train Station
