Hi we’re a quite, respectable family that lives upstairs and we have 3 rooms in the lower level of the house open for occupancy. We are located in central Burnaby, which makes it convenient for anybody to travel around to Vancouver or Downtown Vancouver or even within Burnaby. Included within the home stay is : - Wifi and Utilities included -Laundry once a week * (done by home stay family) - Fully furnished room w desk, bed and dresser Rules for home stay - No smoking - No pork allowed in the house, other meat is fine. -No partying - No strangers -Must be clean, quiet and respectful Room(s): 1. Single Room (Large room) with Shared bathroom Cozy and functional, this large room features a comfortable twin bed, a desk and chair—perfect for studying or remote work—and a mirrored closet for convenient storage and getting ready. The room shares access to a clean, well-maintained washroom. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: - No smoking -No pork any other meat is ok -No strangers overnight - Must be respectful, clean and quiet -No drugs -No partying -Only light cooking is allowed and cooking area must be cleaned after use Amenities: Internet Access, Laundry Local Amenities: Beach, Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Local Train Station
