I have a 3 bedroom house and one bedroom available for a student to utilise. You would be sharing with myself and my 23 year old son in our 3 bedroom house. We have a full home security system to help you feel safe. Hopefully you are a dog lover as we have one small very old Australian Silky Terrier dog. This is a non smoking home. The bedroom is furnished with a single ensemble bed. Internet & all bills included. This location is very central and close to the beach, Bond University and all highways. Shops are about 10 minute walk and bus stop at the front of the property to take you wherever you need to go. Room(s): 1.
