Welcome to our 3 bedroom Townhome. You will enjoy a safe home in a gated resort with swimming pool, sauna and tennis court and BBQs and entertainment area for you to use. Close to Robina Town Centre and one bus to the beach. The bus stop is out the front. The train station is only 5 minutes away. We have bikes for you to use with helmet. And we have fast WIFI. Aldi shopping centre is across the road. It is a quiet and private home, not noisy at all. Our home is across the road from a beautiful lake with walking paths and lots of birdlife. We do like cats and sometimes foster cats. so best to like cats. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Private bathroom This is a room on the 2nd floor, with your bathroom opposite. it has air conditioning, and a fan, with desk and bed and bedding. Built in wardrobes and plenty of storage space in the garage and in your room. Your own fridge is downstairs. Lights off in main areas at 9pm. We get up at 5am So need to have quiet time from 9pm. Lights and fans to be turned off when you leave a room WIFI If you want to use the wifi after 9am you MUST turn it off after you use it at night. SHOWER AND BATHROOM 6 minute showers No showers after 9pm at night, or hairdryers running Keep your bathroom clean and tidy Use the shower wiper to clean down glass when you finish shower. MEALS Tea and Coffee in the cupboard Freezer space is limited, so don’t buy a lot of food for the freezer Fridge space is limited, so please don’t buy a lot of food to try and put it in Use cupboard space and storage boxes for your food storage. Tea and Coffee to use. You can use the microwave to reheat meals Wash your plates and cooking things after each meal CLOTHES WASHING We will show you how to use the washing machine Wash clothes maximum twice a week.
