Modern House 2 double bedrooms

Share our Lovely, 2 levels, 4 bedroom 2 & 1/2 bathroom house with 2 spare double bedrooms, both rooms have a double bed and wardrobe, 1 with desk and view of terraced garden, share large family bathroom with shower, spa bath and toilet with my 26 year old son. Just to advise you, there is a flight of stairs from front door to living area then a set of stairs from living area to bedrooms. We have available for use: hairdryer, towels, hand towels, face washers, beach towels, rain umbrellas, please return all when finished. Single guest, Couples. Families all welcome and can use 2 rooms, we offer babysitting once you are comfortable with us. Full use of house, laundry, large open plan kitchen, Wifi and 2 family rooms, both with TVs. All surrounded by a very large landscaped 3 level garden. Includes waterfall and plunge pool. You will be sharing the house with my husband and myself, both retired, we have our own o suite. I go out to exercise 4 times per week and spend a lot of time gardening, and my 26 year old son works full time, and is out a lot. We have a very friendly visiting cat. Belongs to my 28 year old daughter who lives in the self contained garden flat separate entrance to house. Please note: 1. I require our confirmed guests to submit a copy of their ID before check-in and “emergency contact” via email once the booking is confirmed online. 2. Please send me a message introducing yourself, and telling me a little about yourself and explaining the reason for your trip. This will help me decide if you are a good fit with our family especially long stays. 3. Full payment in cash required on arrival, thank you. Please understand, before I commit to a booking I will need to get a sense of who you are before I allow you into our Home To make sure we will be a good fit, especially for long stays. So I will be asking many questions, especially if you don’t have information in your profile and no recommendations. So it is a good idea to share as much as you feel comfortable when you have decided to stay with us, as you are welcome to ask me as many as you like including household routines etc. Great location few minutes walk to bus stop, 10-15 minutes bus or drive to the Harbour Bridge, Opera House and city sights. Coffee stand on corner, Cafe takeaway, South African speciality groceries and bottle shop around the corner. Supermarkets, shops and restaurants in Lane Cove Village 20 min walk. Quiet family street with bush reserve across from our house. There is a fantastic playground and family area at the end of the street. Easy Bus trip to City, Macquarie University and Chatswood Westfield (shopping Mall and train station) which is short distance away.I’m Room(s): 1. Access to view your ID Clean up after yourself, please put dishes in dishwasher, pans and chopping knives need hand washing. No loud noise after 10pm, be respective and considerate of our home and others. Long stays please change your bed linen and towels and vacuum room and take out your rubbish as needed. (optional: it would be a great help if you could the strip bed when leaving). Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Your bedroom & bathroom window can stay open unless too hot or rain Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Please keep noise down after 10 pm.
