Bills included: Electricity, Water, Gas, Unlimited Wi-Fi (Very Fast), and Basic Consumables Package such as Toilet Paper, Laundry Liquid, Regular Cleaning for Common Area. Please note that this house has two sections – the "front part" is designated for students only, while the "back part" is occupied by the host. The two sections are connected by a bridge. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room1) with Shared bathroom Room is not shared, so you'll have your own space. Each room is for individual occupancy. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room2) with Shared bathroom Room is not shared, so you'll have your own space. Each room is for individual occupancy. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1387.00 Monthly House Rules: Clean, honest, quiet and considerate of others. Communication is key as well. No Smoker / No drug use! No food in the bedroom. No pets are allowed inside. Please do not bring an additional guest for partying or sleepover Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Please keep quiet after 10 pm. Please take your shoes off at the door and keep your area tidy. Please limit shower to 8-10 minutes maximum as water is scarce in Australia and the next person may have to have a cold shower! Please refrain from using indecent language. Please limit your use of washing machine to once a week between 8 am to 5 pm. Please try to use electrical appliances during the day to maximise the use of solar panel to be environmentally friendly. Please do not get intoxicated on-premise. Please do not bring any animals. Please feel free to express any concerns directly to the host mum.
