Home away from home

Welcome to our home! Our apartment is on the first floor and looks out onto the street. We have a park behind us, and a shopping centre with movies, food shops, and more at the end of our street. We're a short walk from the bus, and it's just 15 minutes into the city. You'll have your own bathroom and will share the living space and kitchen with my partner Jake and me. We're both avid travellers and just bought this place after traveling around the world staying with locals along the way. Now that we have a home of our own, we look forward to welcoming you to stay with us. We love a good chat, playing games, and going for hikes, and we try to get to trivia and netball throughout the week - you're more than welcome to join us. We're also happy to give local advice and suggestions for your stay. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Travellers Room ) with Private bathroom The bed is single or king (if king the bed sits low to the ground). In your room there is a window and ceiling fan, as well as a desk, bookshelf, and projector with Netflix. No wardrobe accessible. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: House Rules Please keep our home secure - lock doors when leaving and let us know if you're not returning until late. Please treat the home and our belongings with respect - keep shared spaces clean and tidy and wash up after yourself. No pets, unless discussed and agreed in advance. No additional guests or visitors beyond those on the booking. Quiet hours after 9pm please. Our bedroom is a private space and off-limits to guests. Please let us know your estimated arrival time in advance, and confirm your reason for travel so we can help make your stay as smooth as possible. Any damage or breakages, please let us know as soon as possible so we can sort it out together. Payment & Cancellation Policy Payment is due at least 48 hours before your stay begins. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel and receive a full refund.
