Sunny Brisbane room near everything

A 2 storey townhouse in a great inner-city suburb. Bedroom has TV, bed, built-in robe, fan, ducted air-con and a separate own bathroom upstairs. Downstairs kitchen is shared with myself (my room is upstairs). I work in the city 2 or 3 days per week and have an office area on the bottom floor which is open plan. I'm out every morning riding or running. Room(s): 1.
