Downstairs: - The living room overlooks the front yard. It has plenty of seating and a video projector, perfect for movie night. large screened windows and reversible aircon. - Open plan kitchen with lots of storage and bench space, equipped with a gas cooktop and oven, and all the appliances a chef would need, including a fridge/freezer and dishwasher. - Powder room - Laundry with sink and washing machine. (Sorry, no dryer, but there is a clothesline in the courtyard) - Dining room with a good-sized dining table overlooking the back courtyard. Upstairs: The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and storage space. Your room is 10.85 m² and quiet (at the back of the building). It features large built-in wardrobes, a reverse-cycle air conditioner, and easy-care carpet. A large sliding glass door with a mosquito screen and darkening curtains opens onto a private balcony fitted with a sitting area, privacy screen and a clothes airer. The room is furnished with two single beds that can be stacked or pushed together, a desk, with chair and shelving. You will have your own (main) bathroom. It has a spacious shower, a toilet, plenty of light, a heating lamp, a big mirror and under-the-sink storage. Happy for you to have the secure car space.
