We welcome you to share our beautiful and spacious home!! We are a small family who know how to respect your need for privacy- but at the same time, you will feel safe and happy here. We have hosted single male, female and members of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as many different international guests from around the world, also offering an amazing place for couples… all are welcomed into our home! Any time you choose to stay here, you will have full use of your own private ensuite bathroom- there are also some incredible luxury inclusions… but more about that later. You won’t be disappointed. My name is Dionne and my husband is Darren. We have hosted many international students from all over the world in the last 17 years. Some of them have stayed with us for 3 years! We understand about different cultures and have traveled all over the world. We have a lovely home in a great suburb o Melbourne. We are extremely close to trams, buses and Gardenvale train station! We live next to two beautiful parks, the beach and close to Glenhuntly Rd with supermarkets, McDonald’s, banks and cafes. Our home is spacious and heated / air conditioned. All rooms are lovely. Well furnished with very comfortable beds and beautiful bed linen…everything you need to feel happy. We don’t smoke, and don’t allow anyone else to smoke here. We love music- it is always playing here! Especially at dinner time. I am a great cook, and make many authentic types of cuisine. I can feed even fussy people and make them happy with my food. There is always plenty of fresh food, vegetables and fruit here. This is so important to us! We hope that you write to us so that we can answer any further questions that you may have! I’m certain you will be pleasantly surprised to know that there is a 55” flat screen TV for your use and your own private ensuite bathroom and free WIFI and all meals ( excluding weekends) Capacity: 2 Rates: 485.00 Weekly / 1950.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (BEDROOM 2- upstairs/ private ensuite ) with Ensuite bathroom Cozy Room upstairs… very private with an in room spacious ensuite. Beautiful furniture and luxury bed linen. Air conditioning/ heating. Capacity: 2 Rates: 485.00 Weekly / 1950.00 Monthly House Rules: Very easy going … not many rules at all. Please be courteous to everyone and it’s always appreciated if you help clean up plates and dishwasher after we have worked hard to prepare you a lovely evening meal! Remember- you have chosen to stay in a FAMILY HOMESTAY… we are not a hotel and we are not a backpackers!!!! We value your privacy and ours equally well- so there are no guests, no parties!!! Other than that- it’s Mainly just to keep room clean and leave bathroom clean after use.
