Whether you’re coming from overseas or just a few hours away, I want this to feel like a safe, comfortable, and supportive place for you to land.The apartment is set up especially for hosting — it’s in a super cool, vibrant part of town with lots to explore, but it also feels tucked away, peaceful, and secure. So you get the best of both worlds: all the buzz and excitement of the neighbourhood, plus a calm and quiet home base to return to. As for me — I’m a pretty introverted person, so you won’t find me breathing down your neck! I totally respect your space and independence, and I’m really good at knowing when to step back. That said, I’m also more than happy to be a supportive presence — whether you’d like me to cook for you, help you get settled, show you around, or even introduce you to some great people your age. I can be hands-on or more of a roommate-style host — whatever makes you feel most at home. I love connecting with people from all over the world, and I take a lot of care in making sure this home is a place where you can feel both welcome and free to be yourself. Can’t wait to meet you! Warmly, Ruby Room(s): 1. Double Room (Master Bedroom ) with Shared bathroom A master bedroom with a double bed, built-in robes, and ample storage. Large windows fill the space with light, while soft rugs, cushions, and lamp lighting create warmth. Includes a built-in bureau, desk and mirror and designated work space/small desk. Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: House Rules Please place used towels in the laundry baskets in the guest room. Fresh towels are provided; extra blankets and pillows are available on request. Breakfast can be arranged on request in the morning. Toilet paper is stored under the bathroom sink. The Smart TV is easy to use and guest-friendly. Kindly switch off the split system and all lights if leaving the house and the host is not home. Keys should be handed back to the host or left on the green cabinet. Public transport information is provided for your convenience. Checkout is at 1:00 PM. No smoking inside the property. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. Payment is due at least 24 hours before arrival We ask that you treat the home with the same care as you would your own.
