The room is part of a small house in Kallangur and near to supermarkets, restaurants and takeaway and within walking distance to train station and bus. There are two guys in their 20's living at the property. The house is small and has been recently renovated, the room for rent has a new split system aircon and is furnished with desk, king single bed and drawers. There is one downstairs toilet and one bathroom with toilet to share. off street parking can be arranged. The common areas are small and there is no dining area, only a small lounge and kitchen area.
