I am a single 32 year old looking to welcome a homestay student into my modern, renovated 2 bedroom townhouse. I have 1 furnished spare room available with a second living room upstairs for your use. The townhouse is located in a quiet complex in Zillmere, close to public transport and shopping centres. I am a quiet, neat and clean person with a pet budgie. Property features include: - 1 furnished bedroom with ceiling fan, blockout blinds and curtain, built in robe, 2 singles beds, 2 side tables, 2 lamps, 2 set of shevles/drawers - 1 furnished lounge room with pull out couch, TV unit, TV, ceiling fan - Access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, toilets x 2, laundry, courtyard - Access to parking, either in the driveway (car shuffle), visitor parking (pending availability) or street parking at the front of or behind the complex Complex features: Tennis court, swimming pool, BBQ area Walking distance to public transport (5 minutes), 2 parks (less than 5 minutes), Zillmere Village and train station (10 minutes) Less than a 10 minute drive to Westfield Chermside, 40 minute drive to the City or 45 minutes on the bus Room(s): 1. Double Room (Front Bedroom) with Shared bathroom 2 single beds Capacity: 2 Rates: 200.00 Weekly / 810.00 Monthly House Rules: Clean up after yourself around the house, in the kitchen and bathroom. Clean the room before leaving. Change and wash own bedding and towels every 2 weeks (long stay). Use the air conditioner reasonably (not running all night).
