Central, quiet and friendly

We are a friendly international family, who have accommodated many international students. Our house is a townhouse within walking distance of Indooroopilly shopping centre and the train, and with direct bus routes to St Lucia and the city. We even have had guests walk home from the CBD. Mt Cootha Nature Reservoir, a forest with koalas and other wildlife, is within walking distance. In 45 min you can hike to a lookout with wonderful views of the whole of Brisbane. We are sociable and enjoy chatting to our guests and orienting them around beautiful Brisbane. We speak Spanish, English and dabble in a couple of other European languages. Our 6 year old is very friendly, and is also used to giving people their privacy. You will have an airy single room with a ceiling fan. There are two decks and a swimming pool and communal gardens. Single Room (Single room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1150.00 Monthly House Rules: - Please don't bring any other guests over - Food must only be kept in the kitchen - Please clean your own room at least once a week - Linnen provided must be washed weekly - Turn off lights and electric devices when not in use - Dehumifier must be used in wet weather and the room ventilated daily - Please use a clean cloth to wipe any spills to the carpet immediately after they happen - Use the carpet cleaner provided if it causes a stain (we can teach you how to use it) - No religious conversation with the child Common areas: - Please do not leave personal items in the common areas - Please do your own laundry. Ask us to explain how to use the machines - Clean up after eating straight away - Ask us if you would like to join us for meals. We are open to this!
