Friendly outdoors family in Yeronga

Quiet leafy suburb close to Brisbane city centre. We live in a 6 bedroom house with lots of interesting features like a large deck overlooking palm trees, where you can relax and listen to the tropical birds. English, French and Spanish are the 3 spoken languages at home. The river is very close and offer some nice walking/ cycling tracks. You can walk to the University of Queensland. By bus it takes 30 min to reach South Bank in Brisbane where you can go for a swim, enjoy a meal, visit the art centre, go to the movies, etc... We also have a couple of restaurants down the road as well as a park next to the bus stop. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Garden-view room) with Shared bathroom This is a large, bright double room with independent entrance, located under a large deck, with access to the garden. The toilets and bathroom are in the main part of the house. Capacity: 2 Rates: 260.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: Feel free to use the kitchenette in the laundry but please clean up after yourself! Showers are limited to one a day and 5 minutes each. Keep the noise to a minimum after 11 pm. Check out time is at 10 am.
